World Problem Incorporated is the data controller for the personal data processed through the World Problem service.

Account data (email address, login credentials), support messages you send us, and usage and device data (such as IP address and browser type) needed to run and secure the service.

To create and manage your account, provide the service, keep it secure and prevent fraud, improve the product, and provide customer support. Legal bases: performance of our contract with you, our legitimate interests, your consent where required, and legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
Service providers that host and operate the app; Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of subscriptions, payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing; professional advisers; and authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
